2. Service Description

ForeverAFK provides cloud-hosted Minecraft clients designed to keep accounts online 24/7. We are not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Mojang Studios, Microsoft, or any of their subsidiaries.

3. User Responsibility & Bans

While we utilize anti-AFK mechanisms to prevent detection, server rules vary. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of ForeverAFK complies with the rules of the Minecraft servers you connect to.

Disclaimer: ForeverAFK is not liable for any bans, kicks, or punishments applied to your Minecraft account by third-party servers. We recommend using our "Bring Your Own Proxy" feature for strict servers.

4. Subscriptions & Refunds

• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your dashboard. You will retain access until the end of your billing cycle.
• Refunds: Generally, all sales are final. However, if you experience technical issues that our support team cannot resolve within 48 hours, a pro-rated refund may be issued at our discretion.

5. Prohibited Usage

You may not use our service to:
- Crash or lag servers (DDoS/DoS).
- Spam chat or harass other players.
- Bypass server bans (Ban Evasion).
